A-Rod Apologizes For Being 'Young And Stupid'

I always thought the term "Young And Stupid" was used for people 21 and under.  Over 21, doesn't that make one just "Stupid?"


NEW YORK (CBS) ― Alex Rodriguez apologized Tuesday for taking steroids during a six-month period from 2001-2003, a mistake he said he made for being "young and stupid."

Cops: New York Man With Anti-DWI Device Crashes Rental Car While Intoxicated

NEW YORK —  A Long Island man whose car was outfitted with an anti-drunken-driving device rented another car and crashed it while intoxicated, police said.

A shoplifter was caught swiping 19 packs of chewing gum and a can of tuna from an Upper East Side supermarket, police sources said yesterday.

Peter Scsepko, 40, of The Bronx, allegedly stuffed the items into a black plastic bag in the C-Town on First Avenue near East 90th Street at 2:05 p.m. Saturday.

A store employee saw the alleged theft on a TV monitor and held Scsepko until police arrived. Scsepko was charged with petite larceny.
